Registration Instructions

Q: What happens after I register or forward my CV to Glen Callum Associates?
A: Once we receive your CV or registration information, your details will be carefully matched against our current job opportunities.

• If your profile aligns with an available role, a consultant will contact you within 3–5 working days. They will provide detailed information about the position and guide you through the next steps of the recruitment process.

Q: What happens if my details don’t match any current opportunities?
A: If we don’t find an immediate match for your profile, your CV will be securely added to our database and considered for future roles as they become available.

• A recruitment consultant will contact you when a suitable position arises that aligns with your skills, experience, and requirements.
• With your permission, our recruiters may also proactively present your CV to companies not currently advertising vacancies but who might find your profile of interest. This could lead to the creation of a tailored role within their organisation.
