Kayleigh Bradley, Senior Recruitment Consultant, has been with the company for 11 years and uses her experience across a global scale, focusing on senior and international recruitments across the automotive aftermarket.

Recruiting globally is exciting and highly enlightening and has enabled Kayleigh over the years to be involved in a number of successful recruitment initiatives in countries all over the world, including Germany, Belgium, Austria, Slovenia, and even as far and wide as Australia and Japan.

Working in these markets has provided GCA with a clear insight into different cultures and ways of working, which allow us to not only stay ahead of the curve when assessing recruitment trends, but to also think ahead and create new and exciting opportunities and strategies based on a company’s specific requirements.

Each market is different, and it’s important that we thoroughly understand the nuances of each culture so we can tailor our offering accordingly.
