For me the process was excellent with very strong communication happening at all stages. I certainly felt involved, ultimately responsible but that a guiding hand was always there to help, steer, remind and organise as necessary.
Glen was always professional, provided plenty of information on each candidate and I felt (despite a lack of clear coherent info from me) got a very good handle on the sort of person we were looking for. He then went on to provide candidates who were above and below this ‘ideal’. It gave us confidence in what was out there and what you get for your money. Sure, we ultimately made our own choice but I certainly do not feel we would have been able to find these excellent candidates without Glen’s help.

I think this is the best service I have ever had from any agency and company that I have dealt with and the fact that she contacted me for a vacancy that I never knew about or come across in my job search is fantastic. It has got me a job I think I will really enjoy and get job satisfaction from and as an extra bonus it is only a 20 minute walk from my home what more can a person want.
