Raising money for Cancer Research Glen Callum Associates have entered a team in the “multi-terrain” 2019 Denso Ironbridge Half Marathon. With an aim to “finish” the team have worked hard training for the “undulating” half marathon that runs through the historical and picturesque Ironbridge gorge. With the team of mostly “non runners” staving off multiple injuries it’s likely that any bets will be on who hobbles first rather than who finishes first! With the competition for first place being hotly contested, as you would expect from our competitive recruiters, the bets in the office are on! What happens day to day?
Are you currently a Sales Manager in the Automotive Aftermarket?
Do you want to be close to the decision making?
Are you ready for a role where YOU report into the Managing Director?
As members of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC), not only do Glen Callum Associates adhere to their strict code of conduct and recruitment ethics, we are also privy to their latest news and information with regards to the UK job market.
The REC has just published a report on the UK Labour market, noting that permanent placements are still on the rise, which is obviously great news for candidates.
The flip side to this is as demand for staff across the UK remains strong, candidate availability drops, thus pushing the average starting salaries to their reported highest since April 2015!
