HGV Direct has announced an exclusive partnership agreement with Glen Callum Associates (GCA), who will be managing the parts distributor’s recruitment by providing a specialist package that includes dual-branded advertising.
With 19 locations nationwide, recruitment is integral to HGV Direct, as with ongoing company growth, finding the right people to meet demand is essential.
The distributor has agreed to partner with aftermarket recruitment experts, GCA, to establish a specialist strategy that can deliver strong results, sourcing and securing top talent in a quick timeframe.
As part of the partnership, the companies will work closely together to prioritise active vacancies, which will be promoted across multiple platforms using dual-branded advertising supported by the strength of both of the brands’ established reputations within the industry.
What’s more, the package will enable HGV Direct to record short, snappy videos highlighting the benefits of working for the company, which will again be marketed by GCA.
Bite-sized ‘Meet-the-Employer’ sessions will also be a key part of the package, with HGV Direct taking part in recordings that will share an insight into their business, a ‘typical day’ and ‘why work for them,’ among other topics.
These will be shared via social media, GCA’s website and direct to candidates’ inboxes.
