Royal Wedding Day Celebrations at Glen Callum

And a great excuse for cakes on a Friday! 

Unless you have managed to avoid all TV, Radio Internet and other forms of communication then you may have heard that tomorrow on Saturday 19^th May 2018, there is a “small gathering” in Windsor to celebrate the Royal Wedding of HRH Prince Harry of Wales and actress, Meghan Markle.

As the team here at Glen Callum sadly won’t be attending the wedding (we think our invite got lost in the post!), we have decided to celebrate today with our Red, White and Blue themed day in the office. We have union flag bunting, union flags for our desks along with union flag plates and bowties!

 We were even lucky enough that our go to general knowledge guru, Mr Gary Horwood, was at the ready with his flag based facts and that I couldn’t refer to the bunting as “Union Jacks” because we are not on a warship… 

And naturally, there is plenty of cake. All the quintessentially British cakes of course! Well, how else would we keep up the blood sugars of our busy recruitment consultants?
