<\/strong>with <strong>Commercial Vehicle Sales <\/strong>experience is required to support <strong>commercial vehicle sales<\/strong> for <strong>key vehicle manufacturer<\/strong>, supporting their <strong>dealer network<\/strong> in the <strong>Northwest of England \/ Scotland \/ Northern Ireland.\u00a0 <\/strong>This role is employed by an established fleet consultancy business with a strong pedigree of providing outsource programmes to the industry.<\/p>\n<p>Our ideal candidate will combine experience in <strong>dealer development<\/strong>, <strong>commercial vehicles<\/strong> and an <strong>analytical<\/strong> way of thinking with the ability to <strong>present data<\/strong> to dealers in a meaningful way.<\/p>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand leader in the area of <strong>fleet<\/strong> whilst also working alongside a <strong>major vehicle manufacturer<\/strong>.\u00a0 Alongside a competitive salary you will receive company car, matched pension contributions of 4%, medical insurance, life insurance, critical illness cover, travel insurance plus access to the manufacturers car discount scheme and 24 days holiday, raising to a maximum of 29 days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This role will involve regular travel throughout the Northwest of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, with the remainder of time working from home.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ideal locations \u2013 Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Livingstone, Motherwell, Kilmarnock, Carlisle<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary circa 42-43k + car + matched pension contributions of 4%, medical insurance, life insurance, critical illness cover, travel insurance plus access to the manufacturers car discount scheme and 24 days holiday, raising to a maximum of 29 days.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Role<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agree Annual Commercial Vehicle Sales Objectives with dealers in line with national objectives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support dealers<\/strong> to drive sales, profitability and class leading customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Gain dealer acceptance to monthly CV wholesales, provide sales channel mix and guidance to minimise stock ageing and ensure effective dealer inventory management.<\/li>\n<li>Work with dealers to achieve monthly and quarterly CV <strong>Sales objectives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor run rates and work with dealer to address gaps as required.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and put plans in place to address <strong>dealer performance<\/strong> issues.<\/li>\n<li>Utilise Client reporting tools to <strong>identify sales opportunities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Drive strong <strong>marketing <\/strong>and <strong>event activity<\/strong> via the National \u2018Marketing Plan\u2019 process.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and accurate <strong>sales forecasts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor mystery shop performance and address any issues and concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of product knowledge and inspire your dealers to do the same.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure central communications are quickly understood and actioned.<\/li>\n<li>Understand sales process and structure, develop plans to improve efficiency where required, using data analytics to drive results and make informed decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Candidate<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Previous sales management experience would be advantageous as well as proven ability to deliver monthly sales objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to connect and form productive relationships with all levels of a franchised commercial vehicle dealer &amp; the vehicle manufacturer.<\/li>\n<li>A self-starter, motivated to work remotely to agreed Objectives and KPI\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>An experienced and competent
