CAT Awards 2024
Thursday 15th February 2024 saw the Glen Callum Associates team head to Manchester for the annual Car Aftermarket Trader Awards (CAT Awards).

Can’t believe it’s been almost three weeks since the GCA team escaped the office and headed to the NEC, Birmingham for the Recruitment Agency Expo 2023.

Job seekers in the driving seat, as companies bid to attract talent, says Glen Callum Associates
With the number of job vacancies rising, and the quantity of permanent roles being filled at its lowest rate in 17 months, Glen Callum Associates (GCA) says this is providing candidates looking for a role in the automotive aftermarket with a huge opportunity.
A recent report by consultancy giant KPMG said recruiters are becoming more tentative over hiring new staff, blaming ongoing skills shortages, among many other factors.
