With a large global customer base of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and a product range found on multiple vehicles, this role is an exciting opportunity to become a key decision maker within a successful tier 1 automotive supplier.

Open Ended Salary

Guide c£115,000K – 125,000K+ (dependent on knowledge and experience) + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits, Medical care, Pension etc.

Midlands Based – Ideal location Birmingham, Coventry, Redditch, Shirley, Solihull, Warwick

If you are a commercially driven Plant Manager working within a Tier 1 automotive supplier with a turnover approx. 130-200 Million we want to hear from you.  The ideal candidate will be financially focussed, cost driven and hold full P&L responsibility.  You will be a true leader, used to managing in excess of 400 staff, with the desire to work for an impressive global group.
