We are looking to hire a Senior Executive / Senior Business Executive to drive commercial and operational activities throughout the EMEA regions. Our client is a global player, with an international franchised network of bodyshops, franchisees for Windscreen glass repair and replacement and a mechanical repair network in North America Their business model offers a full support package to their franchised network commercially, operationally and technically, driving forward best practice with the latest repair technologies and promoting a strength in numbers philosophy through their supplier and customer networks.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Business the Regional Vice President EMEA is a key leadership role within a growing and dynamic international automotive repair business.

  • Responsible for business activities throughout the EMEA regions and ensuring each country / region achieves their specific budget pertaining to number of franchises & financial targets.
  • Direct business development activities supporting your network with required training and support to meet sales and productivity milestones.
  • Instill trust in franchisees to grow productive, profitable and positive business relationships.
  • Network effectively to build solid links into existing, new and potential franchisees throughout the EMEA.
  • Assess operational performance and issues, particularly with regards to competitiveness and evolving trends / market innovations.
  • Execute, support and deliver strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Proactively undertake feasibility studies relating franchise development and service improvement plans, modifying, customising and re-modelling where required.
  • Foster new business relationships & supply partnerships to nurture, grow and achieve sales volumes and profit targets.
  • Carefully and tactfully police operational procedures and standards performance.
  • Work as the commercial and operational conduit between the business, the brands, franchisee, supply chain and ultimately the customer.
  • Travel extensively throughout the EMEA regions becoming the familiar face of the business to all master franchisees.
  • Support the global team through regular contact, feedback and attending international team meetings.

The Candidate

  • An energetic, driven, motivated Regional Vice President who can inspire people at all levels.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable with regards to repair and supply channels, ideally within the automotive aftermarket collision repair and windscreen repair and replace markets vehicle.
  • Expertise of developing a franchised network within the automotive
  • Fluent in English along with at least one, preferably two additional European languages of business level fluency or above.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging & impactful presentations to influence business owners from differing cultures and backgrounds.
  • High levels of attention to detail, strong analytically and the ability to use data and accurate information to form robust business judgements and conclusions.
  • Proven track record in delivering results and meeting demanding targets.
  • Excellent resilience in pressurised situations.
  • Solid financial acumen, able to interpret numbers to form and shape business plans.
  • Excellent organisational, strategic, planning and implementation skills.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, strong in negotiations but also proven in conflict resolution and able to promote high levels of integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
  • Likeable character with strong leadership qualities.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively throughout the EMEA regions often spending considerable time away from home.
