We are seeking a UK Sales Manager / National Sales Manager to join a leading provider of data to the automotive aftermarket. This is an exciting role with the opportunity to grow the UK Sales team. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience of operating in the automotive aftermarket and experience of managing and internal and external sales team.

The Role:
- Build the UK Sales team, including interviewing and onboarding.
- Manage and oversee the internal and external UK Sales team.
- Provide coaching and development and monitor and evaluate sales performance.
- Set and track sales targets and KPI’s.
- Coordinate sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features and products.
- Through data analysis and team observations identify methods to improve sales performance and effectiveness through better territory management and sales skills.
- Build an open communication culture within the team.
The Candidate:
- Our ideal candidate will have extensive, proven experience in a sales management role, with experience of both internal and external sales teams.
- A distinct advantage is an understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry and its key players along with market trends and competitor knowledge.
- An in-depth understanding of sales processes and philosophies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Hands-on experience of utilising sales automation software and Microsoft Excel.
- We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
