An international Aftermarket business is recruiting a dedicated, Sales focused Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager / National Account Manager with combined Aftermarket experience and ideally some exposure of 4×4 off road / Pickup Parts & Accessories markets.

Ideal Location – Central UK (Midlands / Northants / Warwickshire / Staffs / Oxford / Wilts / Avon)
Circa (£55k – £60k) + 4×4 + Pension + Benefits + Product Training
Our ideal candidate will have worked within the Automotive Aftermarket covering Off Road, Truck or Heavy Duty CV sectors and be familiar with Aftermarket parts supply networks throughout the UK with a foot in either independents, OEM’s, Dealer Groups through to Fleet or even specific product group suppliers such as Suspension. We are keen to see career evidence demonstrating an upward trajectory in sales, account management or even sales biased Product Management / Category Management professionals.
6 Key Skills:
- Aftermarket sales experience gained within an account management / sales account management customer facing role.
- Some Off Road / 4×4 experience gained with either a specific product group, 4×4 fleet supply, auto styling service or vehicle converter.
- Highly pc literate, particularly with Microsoft packages including a good level of Excel and Power Point.
- Strong people influencing skills, a relationship builder able to win trust.
- Highly organised with solid work ethic approaching tasks tenaciously.
- Target driven, able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

This role will be a pivotal appointment in the organisations structural growth and continued success will see further expansion including building and managing a dedicated team.
