Training Advisor / HR Assistant
We are looking to recruit an experienced Training Manager / Training Specialist / Development Manager to offer support and guidance on a range of training and other HR activities on behalf of one of the world’s largest Automotive Consulting and research Companies. Reporting directly to the HR Manager the role will focus heavily on taking ownership of training and learning development for the Service Engineers and Apprentices within our client’s business. The purpose of this role will be to build effective working relationships with staff at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a number of training and HR related issues to support the understanding of good practice. Furthermore, you will take responsibility of manual and computerised records ensuring they are accurate and up to date whilst providing reports as required. You will also be the co-ordinator for annual performance reviews and employee development.
Our ideal candidate will come from a training or Personnel background within a big blue chip / corporate company. You will possess current knowledge of effective learning and development techniques as well as e-learning practices, with general HR experience being desirable. If you can bring a successful track record of training and development and are qualified to CIPD level 3 or above with an interest in further study this will be the role for you.
Our ideal individual will also possess strong personal qualities and attributes along with solid pc skills (common Microsoft applications)
