Are you interested or even passionate about Cars, Commercial Vehicles (Lorries, Trucks, Buses, Coaches) and all things automotive and want to start a rewarding career or develop and enhance your existing career in the car parts / commercial vehicle parts sector of the automotive aftermarket?

You will ideally have some knowledge of car parts / Commercial vehicle parts, have a very good confident telephone manner, but importantly want to learn or develop your / a career.

As a Parts Advisor within this business, you will be trained to assist customers with Commercial Vehicle Parts and accessories enquiries, give basic technical advice, process orders, and build customer relationships.

Salary – £25K to £32K basic DOE + pension + 20 days hols (28 days total inc BH) + Employee Ownership Trust (employees get shares in the business)

Easily commutable from – Retford, Doncaster, Bawtry, Gainsborough, Worksop, Rotherham, Tuxford, Rampton, Lincoln, Newark on Trent, Chesterfield, Clowne

The Role:

• Be trained to Assist customers with commercial vehicle parts enquiries.
• Ideally have some experience as a Parts Advisor or Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor but NOT essential.
• Have a confident telephone manner.
• Develop and grow customer accounts.
• Process customer orders.
• Keep company computer systems updated.
