Trade Parts Sales Manager

Automotive – aftersales – trade parts programme

A Trade Parts Consultant / Trade Sales Development Manager / Trade Parts Sales Manager with experience of operating within an aftersales / dealership parts environment is required to join a leading automotive consultancy, operating on an international scale and working with major car manufacturers. 

The Trade Parts role will work with franchised dealers on behalf of a key vehicle manufacturer to implement and support successful trade parts programmes.

This is an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of contract extensions. 

Belgium – ideal location – Antwerp, Aartselaar, St Niklaas, Mechelen, Leuven, Brussels, Schoten, Lier, Morstel, Beveren, Dendermonde, Herentals, Lokeren, Geel, Brasschaat, Kapellen 

Salary: circa €60k + Benefits

The Role

  • Work closely with a group of key dealers to implement and support a manufacturer trade parts programme.
  • Develop relationships with members of the dealership team to ensure success of the programme, including training and support.
  • Increase trade parts sales through the dealers you work with.
  • Keep abreast of automotive aftermarket market activity, collect and report market intelligence including competitor activity. 

The Candidate

  • You should have experience of the automotive parts market, preferably aftersales.
  • A proven background in implementing and supporting parts programmes.
  • Experience of working for either a vehicle manufacturer or vehicle dealership within trade parts would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of dealer management systems will be advantageous.
  • Strong customer service background with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Languages required – French, Dutch and English
