Technical Sales Coordinator – Automotive Aftermarket

We’re looking for a Technical Sales Coordinator with experience in the automotive aftermarket – ideally lighting, accessories, 4×4, off‑road or related sectors. This role is home‑office based, supporting sales, processing orders, and providing product guidance, with customer visits, product demonstrations and industry events as needed.

What you’ll be doing day to day

• Managing incoming enquiries by phone and email.
• Taking part in customer visits, product demonstrations and industry events.
• Processing orders and supporting day‑to‑day sales administration.
• Providing product information and technical guidance and warranty support.
• Coordinating with our 3PL warehouse on order fulfilment.
• Supporting the National Sales Manager with customer follow‑ups and sales activity.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Assisting with marketing activity, product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Developing product knowledge and contributing to a positive customer experience.

What you’ll bring

• Experience working within the automotive aftermarket, lighting, accessories, 4×4 or off‑road sector.
• Background in sales administration, internal sales, order processing or technical sales support.
• Confident communication skills across phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Ability to understand and explain technical product details.
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
