Technical Sales Application Engineer
Aftermarket & Industry 4.0 Engineer
An experienced Technical Sales Application Engineer who ideally has expertise in selling engineering solutions and giving advice on Industry 4.0 aftermarket solutions to OEM, MRO and distribution customers.
As a Technical Sales Application Engineer / Aftermarket & Industry 4.0 Engineer you will be joining a company with an international reputation but offers the feel and culture of a family business.

Ideally Located – UK wide flexible on location
Salary – Up to 50K basic DOE + bonus / commission (circa £60K to £65K DOE) + company car + mobile phone + laptop + pension + Flexible / Hybrid working
The Candidate
- Ideally be an experienced Technical Sales Engineer / Application Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer
- Ideally have experience advising and selling into OEM, MRO and large Distributors
- Hold a HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline to include Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic
- Have good knowledge and experience working mechanical equipment
- Have good working knowledge manufacturing processes
- Ideally have good knowledge of condition-based maintenance in sectors such as food, mining, paper, steel, wind and rail sectors
- Knowledge of specific components such as industrial bearings will be a distinct advantage
- Be able to develop sales, manage and grow accounts for industry 4.0 solutions
- Provide up to date relevant practical engineering and technical support to customers
- Ideally hold or understand ISO18436 CAT 2 vibration certifications
