Midlands Based – Stourbridge
Negotiable, OTE £30-40K+, uncapped.
This position would ideally suit an energetic, charismatic, technically minded but sales focussed individual with experience of either Technical Recruitment, Senior Sales or Senior Management within the Automotive, Industrial or Engineering sectors.
Personal circumstances will require stability, flexibility and a commitment towards achieving targeted financial growth.
Our ideal person will have previously possessed a desire to work in a self-generative capacity where results and successes are attained to high levels of financial reward.

The Opportunity encompasses four main areas of functionality:
- Extensive Candidate contact (via telephone, email, face-to-face).
- Current Client Contact (via telephone, email, face-to-face).
- New Business and assignment generation (via telephone, email, face-to-face).
- Candidate Generation.
The role requires regular and high levels of communication and analytical work. Our consultants are results driven, however, share a high team ethic on moving the company forward and sharing in its successes. In addition, excellent organisation skills are required including arranging interview schedules on behalf of clients as well as maintaining both company and personal databases in relation to forward planning.
