OTE £35-50K+ Negotiable, UNCAPPED 

Ideal Candidate

This position would ideally suit an energetic, charismatic, sales focussed individual with experience of Recruitment or Sales / Sales Management or high level Customer Service within the Automotive / Industrial or Engineering sectors.

Personal circumstances will require flexibility and a commitment towards achieving targeted financial growth.

Our ideal person will have a desire to work in a self generative capacity where results and successes are attained to high levels of financial reward.

The Role

1. Extensive Candidate contact (via telephone, email, face-to-face – interviewing skills required)
2. Current Client Contact (via telephone, email, face-to-face)
3. New Business and assignment generation (via telephone, email, face-to-face)
4. Candidate Generation.

The role requires regular and high levels of communication and analytical work. Our consultants are results driven, however share a high team ethic on moving the company forward and sharing in its successes.

We are looking for a candidate who is driven towards new business development and has the confidence and experience to visit clients at their premises.   Gaining an understanding of our clients’ needs and culture is key to delivering successful recruitment results.
