Sales Administrator – Automotive Aftermarket
An experienced Sales Administrator / Customer Service Representative with aftermarket experience is required to join a Global manufacturer and supplier of electrical components for the commercial vehicle, PSV, agricultural machinery, construction vehicles and military industries.
This position would suit a candidate with experience of working within the automotive or commercial vehicle aftermarket, this could be a motor factor, distributor, wholesaler or trade parts operation.

Salary £28 – 30K dependent on experience + Contributory Pension Scheme
Office based – Commutable from – Southall, Wembley, Harrow, Ealing, Brentford, Uxbridge, Hounslow, Chiswick, Richmond, Greenford
Role specifics:
- Process orders & delivery schedules by telephone, fax, or e-mail, raise order acknowledgments, despatch notes and invoices.
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Enter customer pricing on to MRP system.
- Progress customer requirements from order receipt or scheduled demands through to acceptance and delivery.
- Prepare price data spread sheets, quotations and other documentation.
Personal characteristics:
- Previous experience within a customer service or sales administration role is essential.
- As is knowledge of the automotive or commercial vehicle aftermarket – our ideal candidate will have worked within a motor factor, distributor, wholesaler or trade parts
- The majority of orders and customer enquiries are taken via telephone, therefore previous telephone experience and confident, professional verbal communication skills are key.
- Computer literate being able to use and create Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files.
