We are seeking a Programme Manager with a proven experience of developing and managing automotive trade parts programmes to work alongside a key vehicle manufacturer in the UK. A knowledge of vehicle manufacturer trade parts programmes is essential for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Trade Parts Programme Manager to join an established and successful automotive consultancy supporting both vehicle manufacturers and their dealers to accomplish their business goals. The Programme Manager will be the face of the business with the Vehicle Manufacturer and will support them in setting strategy and ensuring targets are achieved throughout the UK dealer network. The Role
- Become the key contact for OEM / Vehicle Manufacturer, taking responsibility for the day-to-day programme management and building trusted partner relationships.
- Provide overall strategy and leadership for the field-based team.
- Devise and implement the overall Trade Programme proposition and content.
- Produce content for regular sales campaigns, launch campaigns and deliver results.
- Deliver aftermarket growth in line with customers programme KPIs.
- Understand and define goals with programme implementation in conjunction with National Accounts and Product teams.
- Execute monthly business reviews.
- Track programme success through metrics to manage performance against objectives.
- Develop and manage Trade Programme standards across the dealer network.
- Take a proactive role in innovating approaches and strategies to increase OEM satisfaction.
- Liaise with marketing team on production of marketing material.
- Liaise and manage third party suppliers.
The Candidate
- Proven experience of implementing and improving products or programmes within the automotive aftermarket / trade parts
- A solid background working within the automotive parts / trade parts industry coupled with an understanding of automotive aftermarket distribution and aftersales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to resolve the complex client issues.
- Excellent analytical/data management and reporting skills with high proficiency in MS Office software.
- Attention to detail and excellent business acumen.
- Team management and performance-based results.
