What you’ll need:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering a great experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to up-sell products.
- Ideally, a background in vehicle parts sales (commercial vehicle, truck, trailer, LCV, HGV, PSV, off-highway, or car parts).
- Experience with electronic parts catalogue software and/or parts look-up software is a plus.
What you’ll be doing:
- As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will handle a variety of enquiries, build lasting relationships, process orders, and manage the trade counter.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch sales and margin targets.
- Ensure accurate stock control.
- Advise customers on the correct parts and products for the best value.
- Up-sell related products from approved suppliers.
- Dispatch the latest marketing materials to existing and potential customers.
