Reporting to the MD you will:
- Provide administrative support to the business whilst being the crucial link between the business and the customer.
- Deal with customer queries and orders by telephone and email whilst ensuring correct stock levels of all consumables within the business.
- Liaising with the companies Service Engineers will also be an integral part of this role.
Our ideal candidate will come from an engineering background and possess a buoyant and outgoing personality. If you can bring a successful track record of working in an administrative role dealing with customer queries, this will be ideal. An ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure will also be an important element of this job, with previous customer service experience in a similar business also being essential given the technical nature of our client’s business.
Solid pc skills (common Microsoft applications) required.
