This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator or Office Clerk to join an established specialist garage business dealing in the classic car environment. The company is a successful privately-owned company.

The Role

Reporting to the management team you will:

  • Provide administrative support to the business whilst being the crucial link between the business and the customer.
  • Deal with customer and suppliers queries by telephone and face to face customer liaison and email
  • Preparing month end accounts and reports.
  • Experience with Sage 50 is essential and highly proficient skills with Microsoft packages.

The Candidate

If you can bring a successful track record of working in a financial /administrative role dealing with customer queries, this will be ideal. An ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure will also be an important element of this job, with previous administrative experience in a similar business also being essential given the technical nature of our client’s business.
