We are keen to speak to enthusiastic individuals, that have excellent Internal Sales experience or experience of operating in a fast-paced pro-active Telesales environment. Is this YOU? You will be working for a renowned company specialising in supplying Lighting and Electrical Products through national & international automotive distributors.
Ideal location – Birmingham / East Birmingham / Sutton Coldfield / Tamworth
Circa: (£22K – £25K) + Bonus (Based upon business performance)
Our ideal candidate will possess previous experience of working in Internal Sales or Telesales and be confident and capable of building trusting relationships with both existing and new customers.
The key requirement will be to work with customers aiding them to purchase the right product and introduce promotional offers / upsell, whilst presenting new products to range / market.
- Excellent PC skills strong in Microsoft Office
- Previous Telesales or Internal Sales experience
- Ability to build trusting relationships with existing & new customers via the telephone and email
- Polite and persuasive telephone manner
- Excellent and reliable communication skills
- Inquisitive nature with an ability to ask the right questions
- Ability to think on your feet and ask for business
