Internal Sales Administrator

(Automotive Parts / Automotive Aftermarket) 

Are you an Internal Sales Administrator or Car Parts Advisor from either a Motor Factor / Car Dealership (Parts or Service) or Technical background, with a good knowledge of Automotive Parts?  If so this role offers a great working environment, supportive management and you will become part of a super team supplying specialist Car Parts all over the world.

This role is working for a very well-established business located in South West London who have an amazing reputation for providing specialist car parts to their international clients.

A good telephone manner, administration and customer services skills and the ability to process Customer Orders accurately is key to the success of this role. You will be fully computer literate as the majority of the orders are made by email as nearly all customers are international.

This is an office based role.

Ideally Located – South West London – In commute of Wimbledon, Fulham, Brixton, Camden Town, Ealing, Shepherds Bush, Brentford, Hounslow, Lewisham, Wandsworth, Brixton, Catford, Sidenham, Bromley, Croydon, Teddington, Kingston Upon Thames, Epsom, Banstead   

Salary – Up to £35K dependant on experience + Pension + Benefits 

The Candidate

• Strong knowledge of Car Parts
• Ideally come from an Automotive, Automotive Aftermarket, Logistics, Motor Factor, Car Dealership (Service / Parts) or Technical background
• Excellent communication skills – Telephone, Email etc
• Good experience in Sales Administration / Order Processing
• Knowledge of Shipping Product will be an advantage
• It is essential that you are a team player
• Fully Computer Literate as the majority of business is conducted over email.
