German Speaking Internal Sales

Do you have native or fluent German language skills? Are you sales focussed and driven by providing excellent customer service?

Due to continued company growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking Inside Sales Executive. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in German and English.

You will have a confident, friendly telephone manner with the ability to build successful relationships over the telephone. Our ideal candidate will have some internal sales experience including making outbound calls or be seeking a role that will take advantage of their communication skills in a sales environment.

The Role

  • Handle customer queries efficiently and effectively – offering a professional service at all levels via telephone and email.
  • Develop meaningful customer relationships, taking ownership at all points during the sales process.
  • Develop new and existing business through outbound calls.
  • Successfully manage stock levels through analysis and the monitoring of customer buying patterns.
  • Process and create purchase orders and sales invoices and arrange delivery of products.
  • Regularly update price files and take ownership of pricing and purchasing activity, using Microsoft Excel
  • Help to proactively develop the European market in line with strategic direction.

The Candidate

This role would suit an Internal Sales / Customer Service professional seeking a successful forward-thinking company to develop their skillset further.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key for this role.
  • Native or high-level fluency in spoken and written German is essential.
  • Previous telephone sales or internal account management or customer services is desirable.
  • Attention to detail is a must!
  • Friendly, confident and outgoing.
  • Good IT skills especially Microsoft Excel
  • Positive attitude.
  • Flexible, dependable and able to thrive in a busy environment.
