An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service professional to join the UK team of a Global components manufacturer operating in the automotive, agriculture, construction, heavy industry, electrical and machinery markets.

As the Customer Service Logistics Coordinator, You will be the first point of contact for OEM and aftermarket businesses, across automotive and industrial sectors, managing the full order process, forecasts and schedules as well as logistics, stock control and delivery.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a customer service / logistics background including experience in managing customer forecasts and customer schedules.

Office Based – Commutable from – Milton Keynes, Newport Pagnell, Bletchley, Leighton Buzzard, Buckingham, Winslow, Dunstable, Luton, Hitchin, Shefford, Bedford, Brackley, Northampton, Towcester, Olney, Biggleswade

£24-26k Basic + Quarterly Bonus + Annual Bonus + Pension + Private Healthcare

The Candidate

  • Previous customer service / logistics experience
  • A confident telephone manner with the ability to build successful relationships.
  • Good PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience of using SAP is essential.
  • This role would suit an analytical candidate with good problem-solving skills.

The Role – Customer Service Logistics Coordinator

  • You will manage and develop you own automotive and industrial OEM accounts, whilst working as a team to manage aftermarket requests.
  • Become the first point of contact, offering a professional and efficient service. Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer orders and enquiries and manage order delivery
  • Provide regular analysis of the stock profile to improve stock holding.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer support.
