Business Success Manager After Sales

Automotive Aftersales Solutions

An experienced Senior Manager / Commercial Aftersales Manager is required to develop After Sales Solutions into leading Vehicle Manufacturers and vehicle OEM’s. 

This is a newly created role and we are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager, with excellent analytical capabilities and experience, to influence key stakeholders within major Vehicle Manufacturers.

£55k – £60k + Car Allowance + Pension + Benefits

Ideal Location – M25 / London / Essex / Kent / Herts / Home Counties 

What are we looking for?

  • A successful track record in senior commercial dealings with vehicle manufacturers.
  • Solid experience of growing aftersales programmes and detailed knowledge of aftersales
  • The ability to work with large amounts of data / data manipulation / information?
  • Great MICROSOFT EXCEL spreadsheet skills to advanced.
  • Good understanding of Dealer Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, written, visual and verbal.
  • Flexibility to travel and work remotely.
  • Interaction with all elements of business, linking commercial requirements with technical solutions.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Product Management Executive to manage our clients Tractor product portfolio internationally. The remit will focus on category management & pricing activities across the Aftermarket including the replacement parts / accessories sectors covering applications specifically relating to Tractor and Agricultural Machinery.

In short what we want…

  • An individual ideally educated to degree level in a business marketing or technical engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years commercial experience post-graduation.
  • Experience with SAP desirable.
  • Highly analytical with confident data manipulation skills and spreadsheet development.
  • Ability to prepare, create and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations.
  • Confident with interpreting financial information and understanding margin and profitability benchmarks.
  • Methodical in delivering precise attention to detail.
  • Multitasker, able to handle several projects concurrently.
  • Global Division therefore any language skills can be utilised.
  • Flexibility to relocate to the Midlands.

Automotive Technology Solutions  

A Key Account Manager with the ability to develop and nurture relationships with Automotive OEMs is required to join a leading technology provider.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, new business development and national accounts in the area of technology, software or data-based products.  Advantageous is relationships with Vehicle Manufacturers / OEMs. 

UK – Ideally located Central / South England – Reading, Oxford, Basingstoke, Milton Keynes, Coventry, Birmingham, Northampton, Slough 

£45-65k Basic + Bonus + Benefits, OTE circa £85k

The Role

  • Develop, grow and maintain successful customer relationships with assigned OEMs / Vehicle Manufacturers.
  • Achieve business development and sales goals.
  • Conduct and understand market intelligence for the UK market and utilise this to meet regional client needs.
  • Develop on-going business strategies to ensure long-term opportunities with OEMs.
  • Produce regular customer forecasts to contribute to strategy planning and budgeting.
  • Partner with colleagues in other areas (e.g. product or customer support) to ensure quality and satisfaction.
  • Analyse available data and provide reports to colleagues and stakeholders as well as OEM customers.

The Candidate

  • Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree, or equivalent, with a focus on business, sales and marketing or have proven experience of building successful business relationships with large organisations.
  • Previous experience of managing large, national accounts within a technology, software or data centric business is essential.
  • Knowledge of and relationships with Automotive OEMs / Vehicle Manufacturers is highly advantageous.
