A Christmas tree fit for the Mayor of Dudley…
As we have now passed December 1st and the advent calendars begin to open, we are officially on the countdown to Christmas. Being based at the iconic Red House Glass Cone in Stourbridge, West Midlands, we are delighted to participate in this year’s annual Christmas Tree Festival showcasing trees from local businesses and charities.
The Mayor of Dudley opened the Christmas Tree Festival, celebrating this special time of year, and the achievements and successes of local businesses and charities within the Dudley Borough.
Whilst meeting and greeting the mayor our Director Kerrie Richards, spoke of Glen Callum Associates 20-year history, driving through the recession of 2008 and the numerous changes throughout the Automotive, Industrial and Engineering sectors. Kerrie explained that the industries we serve will always need top talent and by using our flexibility and tenacity, we will continue to strive to source top candidates for our clients in the automotive and industrial sectors assisting them to bridge the skills gap.
The Mayor was also delighted to hear of our continued growth as we now occupy 3 offices within the historic grade 2 listed site, inclusive of an impressive interviewing suite.
Our tree designed and assembled by Jenny Yorath, has a strong sense of what we stand for here at Glen Callum Associates. From the attention to detail and the sheer show stopping “wow factor”, to a sense of going above and beyond. Our ultimate aim as a business is for our candidates to reach the top of the tree as part of their chosen career journey. We work with our candidates on their career path to success giving them their opportunity to shine.
Come and pay us a visit and check out the fabulous and varied range of trees on show. The Red House Glass Cone Christmas Tree Festival runs until the 6th of January 2019. Check out a few below! Click on the pictures to visit their websites!
