Kayleigh Bradley’s Milestone at Glen Callum Associates

This month marks a very special milestone for us at Glen Callum Associates, as we celebrate 15 years of dedication, commitment, and success with our very own Kayleigh Bradley. 

Kayleigh joined the business back in 2010 and has been an integral part of our journey ever since. Over the years, she has become a true “go-to” within our team, consistently demonstrating loyalty and professionalism to colleagues, clients and candidates alike. Her knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, combined with her efficiency and sharp eye for detail, means that when something needs to be done – and done right – we can always count on Kayleigh.

From Banking to Recruitment Excellence

She came to us with a background in banking, already bringing valuable skills in customer service, compliance, and business development, as well as strong commercial awareness and organisational ability. Combined with her interest in the automotive industry (more about that later!), Kayleigh was a welcome addition from day one. With ambition to grow her career, she recognised that her path within banking was limited and chose to take on a new challenge in a sector that would push her further and bring greater satisfaction. We were fortunate to be the business she chose.

Growing with GCA

Initially working across administration and marketing, Kayleigh soon revealed a flair for candidate sourcing and quickly asked to be placed on our Recruitment Training Programme. With full mentoring from Glen, she immediately shone as a recruiter. Over the years, she has built on her experience, continually developing her skills and training, and has become instrumental in driving and championing the international side of our business. From the very beginning, Kayleigh showed a natural talent for recruitment – and 15 years on, that talent continues to flourish.

Her ability to stay organised and keep everything running smoothly has been a huge part of our success at GCA. Whether managing complex recruitment projects, supporting the team behind the scenes, or ensuring clients and candidates receive the very best service, Kayleigh delivers with calm confidence. Many of those she has worked with over the years still reach out to her today, knowing she is someone they can rely on for solutions and results.

Automotive Passion Runs in the Family

Outside of work, Kayleigh wears many hats! (Check out her full profile here.) But what makes her extra special to us is her lifelong connection with the automotive sector. From a young age, she supported her Grandad in showing his impressive collection of classic cars – often prepping and driving vehicles to shows. Not many can say they’ve polished family-owned E-Type Jaguars, Porsche 911’s and Rolls Royce’s! Having lived and breathed the motor trade, Kayleigh’s knowledge of the aftermarket is both authentic and impressive.

On a personal level, I can honestly say Kayleigh has been an incredible support to me, as she has been to the whole Glen Callum team. Professional, reliable, and always consistent, she has an amazing knack for keeping everything on track. Her organisation and commitment have made her the backbone of many of our achievements.

As we celebrate Kayleigh’s 15-year anniversary, I want to say a heartfelt thank you for her loyalty, hard work, and the energy she brings to GCA every day. Milestones like this remind us just how important our people are – they truly are at the centre of everything we do.

Kayleigh’s journey is a shining example of commitment and professionalism, and we are proud to celebrate this milestone with her.
