The Role

  • To manage the day to day operation and control of the branch.
  • Maximise sales, turnover and profitability in all areas of the business.
  • Promote & develop the awareness of customer care within the branch.
  • Achieve and surpass sales and profit margin targets.
  • Minimise branch costs.
  • Manage, motivate and develop staff to build a successful, effective team.
  • Maintain staff levels as agreed with the Regional Manager and to recruit suitable employees.
  • Provide induction training to new members of staff and ensure attendance on designated training courses.
  • Ensure banking is carried out in line with company procedures and is banked daily.
  • Warranty claims are being returned to suppliers.
  • Assist in fitting as and when required.

The Candidate

  • You will either be a current Branch / Parts Manager or an Assistant Branch Manager / Parts Supervisor looking for your next career move.
  • You must have proven fast fit / tyre fitting / automotive or mechanic experience along with people management skills or supervisory experience.

A market leading and prestigious vehicle manufacturer is seeking a highly motivated individual to join them as a Handover Specialist for their North London dealership to promote their instantly recognisable vehicles and be equipped for the launch of their new all Electric Vehicle.

This vacancy will suit an individual with experience as a Handover Specialist / Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative within a leading Automotive dealership.

Salary circa £28k plus attractive benefits package.

The Role

  • Tailor the vehicle handover experience to suit customer requirements and preferences.
  • Main point of customer contact for clients and be able to answer questions on the products
  • Have showroom prepared for customers and company guests.
  • Meet and greet customers with refreshments promoting the brand and company image.
  • Pre-check vehicles prior to customer arrival.
  • Support sales team during sales consultations.
  • Assist with test drives.
  • Keep customers briefed on collection times and dates.
  • Introduce your customer to a key member of the service team.
  • Check all vehicles meet the company standard and are handed to the customer with all necessary equipment and accessories.
  • Ensure positive customer feedback after each handover.
  • Report any vehicle issues.

The Candidate

We require a highly motivated individual that has a natural disposition towards engaging customers.

  • Very smart and well presented.
  • Highly focussed Customer Service professional.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Have integrity and behave in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a team or alone with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of working under pressure at a fast pace.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Organised with the ability to multi task.
  • Have good knowledge of new technologies and quickly grasp technical changes.
  • Capable of running a diary system.
  • Able to use I-Pads and Laptops.
  • Full UK Driving License.
