Automechanika Birmingham 2019 – The dedicated meeting place for the UK Automotive Aftermarket

Running from the 4th to the 6th of June, Automechanika is back in Birmingham with a huge range of automotive aftermarket companies set to attend the event. With hall space for the Aftermarket, the Garage industry and the Manufacturing / Tier 1 sector, there is sure to be plenty to keep your interest over the three-day event.
Held in Birmingham’s NEC, Automechanika is the pinnacle of the Automotive Aftermarket year, with manufacturers, suppliers and distributors attending and exhibiting.
This year’s Automechanika will have over 500 suppliers exhibiting including Schaeffler, ZF, Bosch UK, Valeo, Mahle, Denso, MANN FILTER, NGK Spark Plugs HELLA, Delphi, YUASA just to name a few.
The Automotive recruitment team from Glen Callum Associates will also be attending Automechanika. Some members of the Automotive team at Glen Callum Associates have been working in the automotive aftermarket for over 25 years. What’s new this year to Automechanika?
New this year is the Big UK Garage Event which will welcome visitors from both the independent and franchised garage network. You will be able to receive free IMI accredited CPD accredited training, (which is given on a first come first served basis!), deals on tools and garage equipment from over 500 exhibitors and see live demonstrations of the latest tech. Naturally, there will be the Automechanika Garage of the Year awards. New categories for 2019 are ‘Garage Owner of the Year’, ‘Outstanding Achievement’ and ‘Commitment to Training and Standards’.
Also new for 2019 is the Automotive Aftermarket Innovation Showcase which will offer a platform for the latest automotive aftermarket products from a wide selection of exhibitors. If you are looking for inspiring product technology, then you’ll want to make your way to Hall 20!
The Bodyshop training hub, sponsored by Bodyshop magazine, will see suppliers and free demonstrations for collision repair, painting and refinishing.
